Assembled Frames w/Foundation

As with all of our woodenware, we make our own frames in house!  We used to purchase frames but we were never satisfied with the quality so we decided it was time to manufacturer them ourselves.  Our frame's bottom strip is 30% wider; giving you added strength at the lower part of the frame.  The frame side bars are 3/8 and drilled to accept pins or wires.  We advertise our frames as "commercial" grade, but you will find that our commercial grade is the same quality as other company’s "select".  We also run an apiary, so we keep all of the commercial quality frames for ourselves and give you the more select frames at the commercial price.  If you are not sure how to assemble your frames, it is highly recommended that you have us assemble them for you.  An improperly assembled frame will fall apart from the weight of brood and/or honey.  Our frames are groove top/grooved bottom.  We use Pierco Beeswax Coated Plastic Foundation for assembled frames.  Insertion of beeswax foundation into frames is not available. 

When ordering more than 50 assembled frames please be aware that there will be an additional $10.00 dimentional weight charge added to each increment of 50.  We will contact you by phone before your order ships to charge your card.  This extra charge is not from us, its the additional charges for dimentional weight items by UPS.  The box used to ship 50 frames is a total of 8 square feet which is billed by size not weight.
